We offer shipping to the continental USA! Items marked pick up only are not currently available for shipping.
Where are you located?
We do not currently have a store location. We drop off our products on Wednesdays & Saturdays at
3664 Central Pike
Hermitage, TN 37076
Orders can be picked up any time during staffed hours for non-members.
Any time after 8 am for members.
All orders are refrigerated & labeled. The only assistance you may need from IH staff is to show you where the refrigerator is located if you have never picked up before.
COVID-19 pick ups are being coordinated individually.

When will I receive my order?
Orders placed by 6pm CDT Monday will be available for pick up Wednesday after 8 am.
Orders placed by 6pm CDT Thursday will be available for pick up Saturday after 8 am.
If you are not a member at Iron House you will need to pick up while staff is on site.
Orders placed for shipping will be shipped Wednesday & Saturday mornings. We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
You can contact us to make changes by email or through the contact us form on our website.
What if I can't pick up my order during the scheduled pick up times?
Let us know as soon as possible and we will work out an alternate time for you to pick up your order.
Are any of your products allergy/gluten/vegan friendly?
All ingredients are listed in the item description. We do not guarantee any product to be allergen or gluten free.
Do you use artificial sweeteners?
We do not use artificial sweeteners. All of our products are stevia or real sugar based.
